Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for covering 100% of the delivery charges, encompassing pre-sales, post-sales, or after-sales services, throughout the entire region of Malaysia. Additional charges will be incurred for international shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon confirming your order, a summary of the items ordered and the shipping address will be sent to your personal email. We will proceed with delivering your purchased goods once we receive full payment for the transaction.

Typically, goods will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the acceptance of your purchase order. However, delivery timing may vary based on the delivery location and stock availability.

The mode of delivery, whether through parcels or in-person interactions, will be determined by the specific geographical location.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Kindly acquaint yourself with our store’s guidelines on returns, exchanges, and refunds prior to making any purchases. It’s important to note that we have a firm policy of not accepting returns or exchanges for reasons of changing one’s mind. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exceptions.

Return Policy

Our return policy is inclusive of all regularly priced items and maintains its applicability for a period of three (3) days, commencing from the date of purchase, solely in cases pertaining to manufacturing defects or in adherence to Gasko’s policies. It is crucial to note that this return policy is categorically NOT APPLY to all types of dry ice or solid carbon dioxide products, or any other items not expressly covered herein. Prior to asserting the validity of the return policy, kindly ensure verification by contacting the Gasko customer service hotline.

Returns are exclusively accepted for items exhibiting defects or those that significantly deviate from the product descriptions provided. In order to qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Presentation of proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt).
  • The product must be in its entirety, including any accompanying free gifts, accessories, and original packaging.

If you fulfil the stipulated criteria and intend to initiate a return process, kindly contact us at hello@gasko.com. We will furnish you with the designated return address. The expenses incurred for return postage are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. It is strongly recommended to utilize a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance, as the exchange procedure will only commence upon receiving the original item. Following the receipt and examination of your returned item, an email will be dispatched to inform you of its arrival. Moreover, you will receive notification concerning the approval or declination of your exchange request. Please note that we maintain the authority to decline any return or exchange that is perceived as unsuitable or unreasonable.

Exchange Policy

As the default course of action, an exchange will be arranged for the product being returned. Should the item be unavailable due to being out of stock, you have the option to select an exchange for an alternative item that is currently in stock. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund for the purchase (provided the conditions outlined in the refund policy below are satisfied). In instances where you opt for an exchange to an available item of lesser value, no reimbursement will be provided for the variance in cost. Conversely, if you choose to exchange for an available item of higher value, you will be expected to cover the additional amount in value.

Refund Policy

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will solely be granted if the returned item is no longer in stock. Please note that shipping expenses are not subject to refund. Upon the approval of your refund request, the processing will be initiated, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. This process is anticipated to be completed within a span of 21 working days.

Please take note: If you have not received your refund within 21 working days, we recommend taking the following steps. Firstly, reach out to your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially registered. Subsequently, contact your bank, as there is typically a processing period before the refund is reflected.
