Printing Industry

We clean industrial printers without the need to remove the parts. Traditionally, printers would require a downtime of 3-4 days, involving the removal of analogue rollers, chemical washing, waiting for drying, and reinstallation. However, with dry ice blasting, we can clean the printer while it’s still operational, saving valuable time and reducing the downtime to just 30 minutes.

Food Industry

Cleaning an industrial fryer is often a time-consuming task. The conventional approach involves using chemical wash and water jets for rinsing, which not only leads to the production of wastewater but also necessitates adherence to strict regulations for its proper disposal. With dry ice blasting, the process eliminates the need for water and chemical usage, resulting in zero wastewater generation. Moreover, dry ice blasting ensures thorough cleaning without leaving any residue behind, making the fryer immediately safe for use after the blasting process.

Aircraft Maintenance

The traditional approach to cleaning a turbine engine involves the removal of its blades for chemical washing, followed by drying and reinstalling them. However, with dry ice blasting, there is no need to remove the turbine blades from their housing. This innovative method allows for cleaning the turbine blades in place, significantly reducing downtime.

Automobile Engine

The current method for removing residual soot from car engines after extended operation involves using crushed walnut shells as a blasting medium. However, after the cleaning process, a hard engine firing is necessary to ensure complete combustion and removal of any remaining crushed walnut shells. Unfortunately, this step poses a risk of damaging engine sensors and electronics. With dry ice blasting offers an effective solution for cleaning grease and soot from car engines without leaving any residue behind.

Dry ice supplies are challenging when it comes to small quantities and geographically remote places like Genting Highlands and east coast of Malaysia. GASKO extensive supply chain allow us to service customers anywhere around peninsular Malaysia within 24 hours regardless if they are up in Genting Highlands or down by the beach of Terengganu.

GASKO is open 24 hours for self-collection. We are the best partner when it comes with time sensitive application like the logistics industry. At times when the aircraft fly at 6am in the morning, our customers can approach and self-collect dry ice at 3am just before they check their goods into the aircraft.

Helium in a Disposable Tank

Helium gas had never been so consumer friendly till we made it into a disposable product. Now customers can inflate their balloon anytime anywhere either up in the mountains or special surprise party right in the 6am morning. The flexibility of helium gas allows customers to be creative beyond limits. We do OEM to various brand owners locally and internationally like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea.

Commercial Helium Cylinder

Before the establishment of GASKO, helium was typically filled into reusable steel cylinders weighing approximately 18kg. However, upon recognizing that 95% of helium users were female, we took the initiative to introduce reusable aluminium cylinders as a more suitable alternative. These aluminium cylinders are 50% lighter than steel, allowing users to conduct their business without straining their arms and back.
