At our facility, we understand the importance of convenience and accessibility, which is why we’ve established a 24-hour self-collection service, available 7 days a week! No matter when you need dry ice, we’ve got you covered.

To make the process as smooth as possible, follow these simple steps:

Place Your Order Online

Before heading to our pickup point, visit our e-shop by click here or scan the QR code provided above to pre-order your dry ice. Choose your preferred date and time of collection to ensure everything is ready when you arrive.

Locate the Dry Ice Pickup Point

Upon arrival at either of our branches in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, or Georgetown, Penang, head straight to the designated dry ice pickup area. Depending on the time of day, there may be different pickup points, so be sure to check accordingly:

During business hours (Monday to Friday), please proceed to the Loading Bay for pickups at Gasko Bandar Sunway branch. Outside of these hours (Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays), head to the Front Door area for pickup.

Please note that there is no change in pickup location for the Penang branch.

Identify Your Order

Inspect the insulated storage containers to find your pre-ordered dry ice. Match your pre-order ID from your online invoice with the packing ID tag attached to your package.

Self-Pack if Necessary

In some cases, your order may require self-packing. Ensure your safety by wearing gloves and avoiding direct contact with the dry ice, as it can cause frostbite due to its extremely cold temperature. Use the provided weight scale to measure the correct quantity of dry ice needed for your purpose.

Consider Additional Packaging

To prolong the life of your dry ice and reduce sublimation, consider using our Thermal Aluminium Foam Bag or Styrofoam Box. These options can maintain the integrity of the dry ice for extended periods.

Transport Safely

When transporting dry ice, ensure proper ventilation in your vehicle to prevent the buildup of carbon dioxide, which can be harmful. Safety should always be a priority.
